Our holiday accommodation is a large ground floor self-contained 2-bedroom unit/apartment.  Bedroom one has a Queen bed. Bedroom two has a double and a single bed. Just walk in, put your bags down and you are ready to enjoy your stay. Every thing is there for you to enjoy your stay.

B&B guests enjoy a continental breakfast which is brought down in the eveing for you to enjoy at your leisure, yes you can relax in your PJs.

Down by the river the river views with its bird life is amazing

We also have a bedroom upstairs that looks out over our garden, the river and out onto Bream Bay. It has a Double bed. This room is used as an over flow for families down stairs or for B&B with shared facilites with Dave and myself . We are the first accommodaton past the Motel in waipu 2.5km
